The space is a well-kept, clean home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. It is centrally located and has everything you need for a stay away from home. Guests have the entire house to themselves. It is ideal for traveling medical personnel and other professionals staying together, while working in Russellville and the surrounding areas. A fenced in back yard and an open living area makes it perfect for families with older children and pets as well. (The home is not toddler/small child proof) The driveway has room for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the side street. The home has three bedrooms that all have new mattresses and pillows. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. There is Wi-Fi and four Smart Tvs located in all of the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen has modern appliances and there is a washer and dryer on site for use. The living area has comfortable furniture for leisure and relaxing. The two bathrooms have showers and a bathtub. Our guests will have peace of mind during their stay because the house is also protected with an updated security system. The guest will self-check in and have full use of the entire house.
Other things to note:
Guests will find a starter kit of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies in the home. Guests who stay longer than 5-7 days will need to purchase their own supplies when the starter kit is depleted. The security system has an alarm system and outside cameras. There is a gas grill on site for you to use. (the tank may need to be taken to a gas station and exchanged for a full tank; we do not furnish the gas)
