What We Love
Come and experience a tranquil and well-deserved getaway at this beautiful ranch home located on 30+ acres. This splendid home away from home sits within a short drive to a boat launch for Waneta and Lamoka lakes. Keuka Lake and the Village of Hammondsport are also nearby. Other great attractions you should definitely visit include Arrowhead Creek On Waneta Lake, Farm Sanctuary, Glenn H Curtiss Museum, Depot Park, Watkins Glen State Park, Lakewood Vineyards, Hunt Hollow Ski Club, and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.

One of the main draws of this home is the oversize wrap-around deck where you can admire breathtakingly beautiful views of Lamoka Lake and the serene country setting. There is an outdoor dining area with a round glass-top table with three Adirondack chairs and a built-in swing. The front porch enjoys two additional chairs and offers impeccable views as well. There is a nice firepit where you all can gather around for some storytelling while roasting s'mores!

Upon entering this marvelous retreat, you will discover an inviting living/dining area that is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV equipped with cable and a DVD player. The adjoining dining table is ideal for formal meals and board game nights. Prepare tasty recipes in the full kitchen, equipped with all the essentials. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washer/dryer that leads you to the garage, which includes an entertaining foosball table. The primary suite enjoys a bright and spacious en suite bath with a separate soaking tub and a shower.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
