It was an okay stay
We were not going to be in this apartment for long just to get ready and sleep. However, we were taken back by the instructions (they weren’t very clear), the size of the apartment (the pictures made it seem much bigger), as well as the cleanliness. The cleanliness was probably the most shocking factor. There were things left in the fridge even though our check out instructions lead us to clear everything out- which means no one looked behind the last booking. There were stray hairs in the corners of the apartment and especially in the bathroom, and the bed. The tub had not looked like it had been scrubbed, and the towels shed so bad I had to re rinse to get it off. It was a cheap place for the location we wanted to be in and could have been a better experience if the place was cleaner.

Great Location
Charlotte is my home town, and I came back for a high school reunion, which was held 3 blocks away. My first impression was quite positive, because there were people walking all over the neighborhood. There are lots of options for dining and coffee nearby. I went up to the apartment in a trendy, well-kept building, and was pleased with the space. Big kitchen, cozy living area with balcony that overlooks the inner courtyard, a big bathroom, and a nice bedroom. The bed was soft and comfortable and snuggly. I had to hunt for my washcloth and towel, but they were there, as was the TP that needed replacing on my stay. The bathroom mirror, the stove top, and the fridge could be hit with a little more windex...they had smears all over them. Attention needs given to the wood floors...crumbs in the corners. Basically, I was there to party and sleep, so it was perfect. I didn't use any appliances or make coffee, and I didn't even take a shower. It was a really nice space in a great neighborhood with everything I needed. Thanks!!
