Inside the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom also has a desk to work and office chair to work at and access to a washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, fresh press, tea kettle, and cooking ware. There is another workspace in the kitchen to work at. The living room has a smart tv with access to YouTube TV and various streaming services. The house has gigabit internet which is available over Wi-Fi or a wired Ethernet connection.

Nob Hill is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants on Central Avenue. Centrally located in Albuquerque near I-25 and I-40. Close to major hospitals such as Presbyterian and UNM. 4.4 miles to Old Town and 10 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park.

Free parking available in the driveway (fits.2 vehicles) or on the street. Local bus stops nearby. 3.5 miles from the airport.

The property requires stairs for entry and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
