Enjoy SF from this updated, stylish, sophisticated home! You will be 1 block from GGP, 1/2 block to a countless number of restaurants and bars, 1 block from a great gourmet grocery store and easy access to the N Judah train to get easily to any point in the city. OR just relax in the spacious home and relish in the 3 gorgeous large outdoor spaces.

TIP 2: Garbage bins go out on Sunday evening. Cans are in the breezeway next to the laundry room. Pls take them out through the side/tradesman alley.
TIP 3: If it is raining/drizzling outside, please put all the outdoor cushions on the larger sofa and cover. Same for the couch on the upper deck
