You can be at Terry Peak in less than 10 minutes to hit the slopes, or to Spearfish Canyon in 5 minutes to hike. A taxi ride into Deadwood takes about 15 minutes.

Powder House Pass Subdivision offers a club house with an outdoor heated pool open year round & a pool table inside open to all guests of Powder House Pass. There are paved roads all throughout the subdivision.
