Terrible Experience
Due to the sudden death of my mother, we were unable to use the condo. The owner, Nova Potapenko, was difficult to communicate with and unwilling to give us any alternative dates - we offered to take any week or partial week he had open. He told us to solve the problem with VRBO. Your customer service people were ok but unable to offer any solutions or help. They were certainly following their script. Very disappointing since we had previous experiences with VRBO that were quite good. I don't believe we will use the company again.
