2BR/2BA stunning Poolside Villa

The villa is based in 'Hacienda Pacifica' a gated community of 20 villas, with shared access to a gorgeous swimming pool.

Just 5 mins drive to Quepos town & Marina Pez Vela & 12 mins to Manuel Antonio for its National Park, beaches & restaurants.

Under new ownership since July 2023, the villa has been completely renovated since. The villa is a two story home. Downstairs consists of a large living room, kitchen with full cooking appliances and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens out onto a large covered garden terrace with outdoor dining table and seating where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. The second story consists of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & Air-Conditioning. Bedroom 1 contains a Queen Bed & a Twin bed, bedroom 2 contains a Queen sized bed. The master bedroom opens onto an outside balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. The villa sleeps 6 people comfortably in two Queen beds, 1 single bed & 1 double sofa bed. Under new ownership since July 2023, the villa has been totally renovated in September 2023 with new furniture, appliances, linens, kitchenware and has been tastefully decorated with some nice new additions.

INCREDIBLE- A MUST STAY!!!
Hacienda Pacifica was the perfect get away and provided a delightful experience for my first visit to Costa Rica. It is perfectly located with a convenient store located within a few feet of the condo with additional shops, restaurants and the beach less than 10 mins drive to downtown Quepos. The accomodations were very comfortable, clean, spacious, safe and well-lit. And the foliage and grounds were well-maintenanced, beautiful and provided some interaction with some wildlife that added to the fun. The host was exceptionally responsive throughout my stay and did a phenomenal job with suggesting and scheduling excursions that made for an easy, smooth and very enjoyable stay and overall excellent experience. I would definitly stay here again. Pura Vida!

The villa is located within a gated community of 20 villas. All of the villas share access to the common swimming pool. Secure car parking is provided within the villa complex and 24 hour security is provided.
