Nicely furnished and immaculately clean cozy house in Edmonton Center. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bath/shower, living room with TV, couch, loveseat and table with 6 chairs. Minutes to Roger's Arena Ice District, Elks football Stadium, Royal Alexandra Hospital, Kings Way Mall, NAIT, and much more. Fenced & gated back yard with a charcoal BBQ and gas fire pit. Nice kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals, bake and store food. Bus stops on the block and easy access to top restaurant's. One might venture into the neighboring Alberta Avenue Business District with so many Ma & Pa ethnic diverse shops and restaurants you will feel like you are on a world tour. Hosts live a few doors away for immediate attention to any needs.
