-This home is on the same property as another Long-Term rental unit. The parking spaces are next to each other but other than that, no spaces are shared.

Spring Break in La Jolla
The property is as listed on the website. Well maintained, comfortable and clean. Great touchdown space for our trip to San Diego. Initially challenging to find the house, as it sits behind a larger house on the street -- accessed via an alley street behind the main street. This was not obvious, but was simply remedied -- this information should made clearer to clients. 5 minute walk to the beach was nice! Very quiet neighbourhood.
