Welcome to Thach Place in Auburn. Located just steps from Auburn University! This 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is located on the top floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. with ample storage space in the closets. The living room features large windows and ample seating for you and your guests as well as a 75 inch television. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample storage space as well. The unit includes 4 parking spaces for your stay so no need to move your car at all during your stay. We are a 5 minute walk to Samford Hall, a 3 minute walk to Publix, and a 5 min walk to Toomers Corner.

When our family checked into this spacious, well-appointed condo, we reached out to the owner with questions. Not only was he responsive, Nick went above and beyond simply answering us to ensure every step was taken to provide us with a comfortable and beautiful stay at the property. Perfect place close to campus! Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for all of our guests. An elevator made it convenient to get to the third floor condo as well.

AAU Basketball stay
We were in town for a weekend basketball tournament. This unit was located in an area that all of the boys could walk to eat anywhere of their choosing and was spacious enough to keep us all. Thank you for hosting!! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.
