Beautiful and fully furnished basement apartment with all the amenities you need! This apartment comes with all your utilities, as well as high-speed internet and more.

With Mission Hospital, downtown Asheville, and the Biltmore House 7 to 12 minutes away, you'll be living in a prime location. Plus, Haywood Road boasts some of the best nightlife and restaurants in the area and is only a 5 minute walk away. Amboy Park is also within walking distance, so you'll always have plenty of green space to enjoy.

The space is beautifully furnished by places like West Elm and Crate and Barrel, with a large kitchen and bath and private deck space. The ceiling height is low, 7 feet max. Please keep this in mind.

Cycling in Asheville area
The suite was in a good location to walk to amenities. It provided all of the essentials for our stay. The host was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other helpful information about the area. She went out of her way to take us to the Biltmore Estate which allowed us a discount for the entrance fee.

Adorable Place
