You'll enjoy the quiet area and having the whole house to yourself. Pop into Auburn or Topeka and choose from all types of activities, shopping and restaurants. Or stay in and enjoy the country setting and wildlife.

The first floor is made up of a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms with a full bath. One bedroom has two twin XL beds and the other offers a queen-size bed. Enjoy a 50-inch Smart TV in the living room with lots of windows for extra light. The kitchen is ready to use with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. For your convenience we have provided a toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, dishes, silverware, pans and a startup coffee supply.

You'll find the master suite on the second floor with a full size bath. Enjoy a king-sized bed and 42 inch Smart TV. There is also a loft area that hosts a queen size futon and games to entertain the family.
