There are 4 bedrooms in the house: 3 fully furnished bedrooms; with 2 dedicated bathrooms, and 1 common area bathroom. The last bedroom is an office that comes with a full-size desk.

There is a laundry room that comes with a new W/D and a wash sink.

The home is located within the gated Agua Dulce Community which features a community pool.

Chillin' in Desert Hot Springs...
Our family of four had a lovely week in this newly built, spacious home! It has the basics along with comfy beds. We did not cook elaborate meals so the kitchen was outfitted adequately for our needs. However, a coffee table would be a nice creature comfort for end of day chillin’. We did not visit the pool area. George, the owner, was communicative and very responsive. The location was perfect for us, 15 min from the airport or into Palm Springs, an easy 45 min drive to Joshua Tree Ntl. Park. There are a couple of large grocery stores, as well as restaurants, nearby. A fantastic hot springs spa, Azure Palm Resort, was only a 6 min. drive from the house. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thanks for a great stay, George!
