Welcome to the Grand Caribbean on Perdido Key!!

Come ready to relax and unwind! Our newly remodeled first floor condo is awaiting you.
When you enter the unit, take a deep breath, you will immediately feel the calm of the beach wrap you up. The master bedroom is on the right and is spacious with plenty of room for you to unpack and get settled in for your stay.
As you proceed through the unit you will come to the comfy bunk beds. There are some beach treasures for your pleasure stored below these bunks. (think chairs for your ocean time) Continuing into the den area you will be greeted by a comfortable sleeper sofa, seating, and the kitchen.
Our kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
Out fitted with all new stainless steel appliances you will be ready to settle in for your visit.
The back porch is adjacent to the complex pool. You can easily hop in and out when you just wanna cool off.
When you are ready to head to the beach, just take a quick walk from the back porch to the left or right along the trail to the sounds of the surf!

There are several fun things you can walk to either via the beach or the street! Dave's Snowballs, the Islander eats are just next door, you can shop, get some sushi at Jellyfish, the opportunities abound.

You can take a short drive down Johnson Beach Road, adjacent to the complex, to the protected preserve. If you have a National Park pass that will garner your admission, otherwise it is a mere $5 fee.

Our family has had such a wonderful time here and the memories will last a lifetime. We are happy to share this with you and your family. You will NOT be disappointed.

Grand Caribbean West gem!
We had a wonderful stay here at the Grand Caribbean West condo! It's beautifully decorated, quiet, great amenities, great location to the pool and hot tub and to the beach. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Beach front stay w/o the price
By far one of the best places to stay in Perdio Key. Host is friendly and easy to deal with. It's not beach front technically, but literally the gate to the back of the property is by the path way for the public beach front access. It's also on the upper end of the beach so not many people come to that spot, some days during the week it was just me and my wife on the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub appears to be closed for the season, but the pool and hot tub was right next too the back porch. It's great for couples or family of 4. Can't wait to stay there again.
