Welcome to our wonderful home in Encino, Los Angeles! Our place is not only spacious, set on a large lot, and surrounded by a beautiful grassy yard with a dedicated walking path for kids and dogs to play, but it also boasts a delightful pool and hot tub for some aquatic fun and relaxation!

With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. We also have a private office with two desks and chairs for your convenience.

The living room is cozy and features a fireplace, making it a great spot to relax and unwind.

Beautiful home in Encino
We had a positive experience overall. The home was large and accommodated our party of 15. The inside of the home was clean and the property manager had towels delivered from costco when we arrived. The property has a large with a pool and spa. We used the spa daily and it was nice. The home itself was beautiful. There were a few issues when we arrived but the property manager was responsive and rectified everything. Things I would have liked to see.... I would like to have seen board games or have working televisions in the bedrooms (there are tvs in nearly each room but they are not hooked up). I have stayed at other short term rentals and they usually have something to entertain the families that stay. The garage was not accessible and we could not park in it although the listing said it was available. I believe we are one of the first families to stay at this rental and my comments are suggestions for improvement. The host was in constant communication and attended to any concerns we during our stay.
