Property manager did not send check-in instructions until after we checked in. Thank goodness for the security booth and their willingness to assist us.
Then, we were given a different unit number than what was originally assigned to us.
The unit was clean and stocked, perfect for our family.
Then, we had maintenance show up to repair a broken blind and we were not informed by anyone that this would be taking place.
Then, when I was looking at the paperwork to see if I missed anything, I discovered that they charged me for $300 for extra people (there were 5 of us and the post says sleeps up to 7) and does not say that the daily price only covers 2 or 3 people and that there would be an extra fee.
If you want no communication, then it is a great choice for you. The grounds are great and the unit is great. Make sure you do all communication prior to paying. They never replied to my message on their platform (hostly.com) when I was trying to get check-in instructions. I could not communicate with them through the VRBO app, it would take me to their platform and then their platform would tell me I wasn't authorized to access their site.
