2 bedroom 2.5 bath located in a popular CSTAT Complex. Perfect for game weekends. Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with pet fee. IF you have questions about your pet - just ask, we are very open with our communication policy!

This is a “fair condition” apartment in a great location - perfect for game weekends, ring ceremonies, graduation, parents’ weekend, baseball games, Aggie Muster and other fun weekend events in CSTAT! This property is a great fit for you if you’re looking for a simple place to lay your head for a reasonable price after having a fun Aggie weekend.

Bedrooms can sleep 2 adults each with additional guests on air mattress with prior approval. Loveseat in the living room can sleep a small person as well.
Very close to Texas A&M University, Northgate and on the bus line! Super easy access to everything A&M, whether by foot or the convenient bus line.
