Be one of the first to enjoy this fully remodeled 2 Bedroom one Bath Duplex. Your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Can easily walk to restaurants, grocery, theater and more within a couple minutes at Clairmont Plaza. Similarly, you can easily drive to other attraction such as SeaWorld, SD Zoo, Balboa Park, SDSU and more. If public transit is your thing, a bus stop is just around the corner, which can connect you to all of San Diego.
The space
This 2 Bedroom 1 bath unit features a fully remodeled interior with new everything inside.

One bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds that can convert into a king bed. An additional queen size air mattress can accommodate additional guests.

The unit is part of a duplex of which my girlfriend and I live in the other unit. Easy access with keyless entry(unique security code provided before checking).
