NY Finger Lakes Country House Garden Big Private Yard on Wine Trail full kitchen

Country stay with all you'll really need to enjoy your time away from home.
2Queens and 1Double allows up to 6 adults. The double is a bunkbed so there is a twin above and a twin trundle beneath for kids. The newly renovated bathroom has a tub/shower and several hooks for all the towels. The full size kitchen has lots of counter space or take it out back to the fire pit and/or BBQ. The brand new A/C unit keeps it cool for summer and the Berkshire gas stove make winter look good! So the livingroom is real inviting also if you just need to sit back. But my favorite thing to do is sit out on the porch swing first thing in the morning and listen to the song bird. I make a coffee and as I enjoy it a horse and buggy may pass by but the sun is sure to shine; most days. 🐦

A Great Place For The Whole Family
We loved our stay at Katherine’s home. The property is large, quiet, private, and beautiful. We stayed with our 3 children and there was so much for them to do. From the swings and outdoor kitchen outside to the toys and wholesome movies inside, there wasn’t a moment they weren’t smiling. For the adults, the house is clean, organized, and extremely comfortable. Trust me when I say that Katherine thought of everything a family could need. The location is perfect for easy access to anything between Seneca and Keuka Lakes. We’re excited for the next time we can stay here.

Perfect little home with lots of amenities inside.
The property was very much like the description it provides. There a lot of items provided from toiletries to household products. The place was very cozy and clean. I wish we had better weather to spend outside when we were at the house, but inside was just fine for us. If just looking to relax and hang out in nature away from all the craziness but close enough to restaurants, stores, bars and definitely the wineries or breweries it is a perfect location.
