Our cozy 3 bedroom home is perfect for guests who love to shop, grill, swim and play games during their down time while visting our amazing city!
The house is centrally located in North Shearer Hills, which is about 10 mins or less downtown! That means less 10 mins or less to places like the Pearl Brewery, The Alamo and The Riverwalk!
We have a heated pool (heated only during late fall through mid Spring), Video games, 2 grills and more! You will not get bored while you're here!
We include items that will help many of our guest travel lighter. We include bulky items, like a crib, Pack n Play or High Chair upon request. We also fully stocked the kitchen with kitchen gadgets, like a blender and Instant Pot!
Please note this house is not huge. We do not recommend 8 adults stay here. a group of 8 would ideally be half children!

I was born and raised in San Antonio and have lived here my entire adult life. Ive always loved showing friends and family what I love about San Antonio. We have always been seen as a bit of an underdog city, so I have always taken pride in showing visitors why our city is one of the best in the country!
Why they chose this property
I grew up not far from this neighborhood. I know it very well! Its a great place to call your home base while you visit various areas around the city.
What makes this property unique
This particular neighborhood has been around since 1950. In other major cities, homes and neighborhoods like this one have undergone various remodels and changes. This neighborhood and this house is well preserved. The neighborhood still has the architecture and vibe of a neighborhood from the 50s. The house still has a many features of the time, including a sprawling backyard area, no steps and smaller bathrooms (more room for other areas).
