Located near Santurce, one of the most urban-centric spots in the metro area and next to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and the beach.

There are 4 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and in the main floor sofa bed. Around 10 people can fit comfortably in this apartment, which has two full bathroom.

The apartment has street parking. *NO DESIGNATED PARKING*



GETTING AROUND

This is a very touristic area, so if you don't worry if you are visiting and don't have a car. Uber and Taxi are widely available in here.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
Max. occupancy of 10 guests.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess.
Subletting not allowed
Do not hang towels from balcony or windows.

The house is one block from famous restaurant Casita Blanca

If you're looking for a hassle-free way to get around San Juan, we recommend using Uber or a taxi. Both options are easily accessible and can take you to your desired destination without the stress of navigating unfamiliar roads or finding parking.

However, if you're interested in exploring more of the area and want the flexibility to go wherever you please, renting a car can be a great option. Some popular car rental companies in this area include Target Car Rental, Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Budget.
