All the amenities of Beach life without the tourist atmosphere. Ideal for travelers who want a Pacific Beach Holiday. This townhouse is part of a 3 unit property. It has 2 floors and 3 bedrooms. It has been updated periodically while still maintaining the beach house feeling.

The large living room has a view that is hard to beat and even harder to have in the relatively flat area of Crown Point.
