This 12-bedroom resort mansion has a beautiful lake facing back deck - which means added privacy without any rear neighbours! Enjoy a dip in your sparking swimming pool, or just soak up the Florida sunshine in one of our lounge chairs. A poolside BBQ lunch goes nicely after a swim, and there's plenty of space for the whole crew at the poolside dining table.

But if poolside dining isn't your thing, there's still plenty of indoor dining space! The large indoor dining tables seat up to 16 guests, plus there's additional space at the kitchen island bar. And speaking of kitchens! - wait until you see this one! We're talking large granite countertops; new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cupboard space and a double deep kitchen sink! Did we forget to mention that there's not one, but two full sized freezer/fridge combo units?! Plus two large capacity dishwashers so nobody gets dishpan hands!

The open concept living space is awesome for making the space feel incredibly spacious! Kick back and relax in front of the large flat screen TV - with high speed internet access of course!

The garage has been converted to a private games room. Filled with family favourites like air hockey, foosball, and billiards! There's also some old school arcade games and two big screen TVs to keep everyone entertained! Moving upstairs, the amenities continue, with the in-home movie theatre. Designed to feel like a real cinema, this area includes a large projection screen, theatre seating, and even a snack bar.

And, when it's time for bed, kids will get a kick out of the colourfully decorated bedrooms! Featuring Disney characters, action heros and more, the five kids rooms have fantastic wall murals, cool mood lighting, and unique decorative finishes. Seven other expertly-designed bedrooms are located throughout the house: one master king suite downstairs, and three more upstairs. There are two Queen sized bedrooms downstairs, and one kid's room with two twin beds. There is additional parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.

Please feel free to park inside the garage as well as the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. Thanks!

• Please be aware that the pool light is currently out of order and unavailable for use. Our maintenance team is actively working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Service
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
