Whether visiting for work, play, or just relaxing, this property offers a unique location in the heart of Alexandria and is within minutes of hospitals, restaurants, entertainment, wedding venues, AEX, and sports activities. Nestled along Bayou Rapides and fronting Browns Bend Road, this home is perfect for those who enjoy the benefit of city living while experiencing a quiet, peaceful, and serene country atmosphere. We would be honored to host your stay.

Compass Point is only 6 years old and well-loved and perfectly maintained. It offers a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1422 sq ft home with 9 ft ceilings throughout that sits on 1.3 acres. This home is all electric and equipped with a monitored security/fire alarm system and security cameras. There is spacious parking, a large enclosed 2-car garage, a beautiful front porch and a screened-in back patio, and a gated backyard. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped, and if you need extra supplies/equipment we are a few doors down and will be more than happy to try and accommodate your needs.

A dream vacation home
Five stars! Perfect accommodations for traveling with elderly MIL. Spacious living area provided plenty of room for family to visit us. 2 bed / 2 bath layout allowed for ample privacy. We felt safe and secure. Kitchen fully stocked with every item imaginable. English MIL felt right at home.

Extraordinary
The home was clean and beautifully furnished. It was quiet and peaceful while surprisingly close to town and everywhere we wanted to go. I visited with a couple that we knew from college and it was very comfort for two couples. I will be back for future trips and have already recommended it to my in-laws for their future trips. This is what VRBO should be like.
