The game room (former garage) provides you with an entertaining spot where you can spend hours and hours challenging your friends to fun games at the pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. If you are in the mood to enjoy the outdoors, make your way over to the spacious private pool deck where you can take in the Florida sunshine and cool down. The enclosed lanai features a sparkling outdoor pool (heating is optional) with an attached pool spa. The covered patio offers a fantastic outdoor dining area where you can dine alfresco.

Inside, this fully furnished home offers plenty of room to stretch out comfortably. The air-conditioned open floor plan seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wind down in the welcoming living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV, or surprise your loved ones with a delicious dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The main suite enjoys access to the lanai, a smart TV, and a sunny en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. Additional perks include a laundry area with a washer/dryer and an outdoor shower.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
