It's in the perfect location in the heart of Scottsdale just minutes away from Golfing, Dining, Shopping, and easy access to anywhere in the valley including Scottsdale Fashion Square and Kierland Commons which has some of the best shopping in the valley, Waste Management Open at TPC, Old Town Scottsdale, West World, and Barrett Jackson and plenty of nearby golf courses!

Not as Advertised - Missing Basics, No Communication
Warning to anyone thinking of booking this property, it was pretty much a vacant house. We could not get in when we arrived at night. I would not want anyone to stay here thinking the house was as advertised: -Property owner/management completely unresponsive -NO WIFI - a message came up indicating they had not paid the bill. -Keypad did not work upon arrival -NO TV - cable/wifi again was not connected -Pool was dirty / gross and the automatic cleaner in the pool never worked - could not use at all -No hand towels, washcloths, or bathmats. One dish towel only (we bought extras and left them there). No pool towels (although clearly we did not use) -Ice machine jammed -Filter needs changing on fridge -Dishwasher moldy -Broken furniture -Towel racks broken of walls -Not enough plates, cups, bowls, or utensils for 10 people (we bought disposable) -No toaster -Missing kitchen basics (totally barren) -No broom -No starter sets of anything other than coffee (no spices, ziplocks, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins) This was not a cheap rental. I have had no response from VRBO or the owner. Unacceptable.

I won't return!
I took a group of HS golfers to AZ and the house had a pool that wasn't heated 50 Degrees roughly, theres only 2 bathrooms, the kitchen didn't have much. No: toaster, crockpot, very few utensils, nothing to use to clean dishes. The dishwasher had water sitting in it and smelled bad, the fridge had water that leaked out of the door and the filter needs to be changed. There was no light in the fridge. The cooktop vent had a light out, and the one that was there was one of the LED spiral looking ones (Wrong type). There were holes in the ceiling in the bath were the lights hung down. The managers were great. I called and they called me back and texted. The owner is horrible at returning calls, emails and never answered his messages. I called VRBO multiple times and between them and myself we never reached the owner. I will NOT return to this property!

Good place. Terrible communication
Everything was ok. I was not provided check out instructions, and never heard back when asked for them. It lacked a few basic amenities needed for every day use. I did have an issue finding address at first, but was able to find it on the app. The management oh call did answer fast on that issue.
