Brand New, Clean & Bright Townhome! Family and Pet Friendly

Welcome! This beautiful townhome is equipped with everything your family needs for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Main Floor: Flex bedroom with futon and desk. Across the hall is a half bathroom, and garage with EV charger.

2nd Level: Living and Dining Room. The updated kitchen with gas range is fully equipped and ready to help you make a home cooked meal. Dining table seats 5 + 3 barstools. High chair is on site and free to use.

3rd Level: The primary suite has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower and dual vanities. Plus walk-in closet with iron/ironing board and a dresser. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, side table, and closet. Bedroom 3 holds 2 twin beds, night stand, kid-friendly books, and a closet. Shared hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and single vanity. Ample towels and extra linens and pillows provided.

Parking space for 4 cars in the driveway, plus extra spots are usually available in the front of the home. EV charger is located inside the garage and is available for use during your stay.

We are dog friendly! We allow up to 2 dogs with a one-time pet fee. No breed or weight restrictions.

Convenient
We were visiting family in the area. I loved the open den and kitchen area on the second floor. There was plenty of seating to visit with family. We are already planning a return trip in the summer.

Peaceful and well appointed
We had a great stay at Erica and Logan’s home in Moyock. Was a home base while visiting family and we felt so at home. The house is new and so well appointed. They thought of everything. Thank you for also helping us when we needed to arrange for a later check out. Wonderful home, hosts and location. We will be back.

Great stay
We went to currituck for a softball tournament, Erica was very accommodating, fast response, place was great, nice clean, quite neighborhood, newly developed community, would love to come back again
