Our modern luxury apartment is in the historic Queen Anne neighborhood. The 650 sf daylight basement unit was designed to be a rental with its own private entrance. The open floor plan includes a full kitchen. It is light and bright with large south facing windows.

Whether you're traveling for fun or business you have the comforts of home with the amenities hotels offer. The Space Needle, Pike Place Market and Kerry Park are all within walking distance. Amazon and Expedia and dozens of other companies are a short walk or quick Uber ride. Easy self check-in with personalized coded keypad. Wifi connects to 1 Gigabit fiber.

Fabulous little apartment with everything a small group could need.
Lovely place , very well furnished, in a very quiet and convenient spot. Communication from hosts was excellent. Would strongly recommend to any small group looking to stay in Queen Anne.

Wonderful Property, Location and Accommodations!
This rental was perfect for us! The apartment was updated, clean, well-furnished and the location was perfect for our situation. The property owner/manager was so accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely rent this property again when we return to the Seattle area.
