Wonderful stay at Island House
There were a few hiccups with this particular unit, but the management company went above and beyond to make our stay great! When I called about a problem, they responded very quickly, including sending out a maintenance person right away to verify the problem, then were able to move me to a nicer unit in the same complex (very important for us to stay in the same condo complex as we were there with family in a another unit) within an hour. I have been traveling to this particular condo complex since I was a child and it has a lot of sentimental associations for my family. I would absolutely rent from Sovereign-Jacobs again, they really take care of you!
