Prime location! Only a short walk to Downtown, Stephen’s College, Mizzou and all the restaurant and shopping you could want.

Also, close by is the football stadium, Columbia College, Logboat Brewery and lots more.

Boone Hospital is 3 blocks from the front door.

Stephen's park is also close by if you would like to walk around the big beautiful lake. You could also bike the Katy Trail at Flat Branch Park. Lion’s park is also only 1 block away and has a great playground for kids.

This is a historic house that has been recently remodelled with a new kitchen and bathrooms. It is spacious and chic with plenty of space for larger groups.
