The house was beautiful and clean when we arrived, they communicated to us that our towels weren't ready yet but were later delivered to us freshly cleaned. Some issues with pur stay was that the wifi was a bit spotty in certain areas of the house, especially in the downstairs area. The water also turned off for one night, but the issue was resolved the next morning. We were also told there was a washing machine in the house, but there wasn't. Overall, we had a great stay but there is room for improvement.
