Wonderful place to stay! Perfect for couples or small group. The renter was extremely helpful for an easy check in process and the security and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In a great area with plenty to do near by!

Didn’t even get to stay
We live in Illinois so the night before we are to arrive we are driving to our condo. At about 6:00pm the night before we are to check in we receive a text saying the condo is unavailable due to maintenance. The owner says he has a friend who owns a condo in the same building and would be willing to let us stay there. However, the friend was going to charge us more to stay. As we were discussing what to do, the friend texted and said the balcony on his unit was under maintenance as well but he was still going to charge full price!! Really?!?!?! NOT paying full price price for a “partial condo”!! Bottom line, we were left hanging with no place to stay when we arrived. We will never stay at Sunbird again!!!
