Spring Forever - Cozy artistic retreat with patio

*Note: there are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 master room with 1 king bed, our living room upstairs has 2 queen sized air mattresses that can be set out upon request, 1 blue couch that can pull out to be queen sized. The living room downstairs has regular couches, not a pull out. Home has 3 bathrooms total. * This is the perfect getaway home for family events, travelers, staycations, and for people who enjoy art. Enjoy great gatherings here where there are a couple hand painted murals by local Arlington artist. There is an outdoors balcony overlooking a vast serene view of the trail right out the backyard. Unwind in the cozy living room or soak up the sun. Close to all the fun places in Arlington such as Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, Cowboys- Ranger Stadium, and food spots.
Guest access
This home can accommodate 4 cars in the back driveway and 2 more cars at front of home. Garage is closed as it is used as our storage space. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations.
You will have complete private access to the house and backyard. The laundry room is accessible for all your laundry needs.

Nice house with a great host.
We had a wonderful stay in Arlington. The place was cozy and comfortable, big enough for three families, a perfect spot for our eclipse trip. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Listing says 2queen beds in living room and it was 2 couches and in the second living room had a pull out couch with no linens provided to either ones.Fridge was leaking when we arrived,saw little roaches in kitchen area. Had no drinking cups except for tea cups. Mixing bowls/trash can need to be added to kitchen.Third restroom didn’t flush properly (water tank needs to be looked at). Other than that it was a great stay

Horrible stay. Skunk in the house.
Upon arrival, the house had a horrible smell of skunk. We did not have enough towel for all of our guests. Also, two of the “beds” were queen sized air mattresses. I asked in advance if we needed sheets and were told they were provided. However upon arrival, there were no extra sheets or blankets. I couldn’t get in touch with the owner until the next morning. They dropped off two blankets but no sheets or towels. On Sunday, the smell of the skunk was so strong that we were getting sick and our clothes and bags smell like skunk. This was a horribly disappointing trip.
