Gas Fireplace, Comfortably sleeps 6, and Walk to Beech Mountain Resort!

You'll have everything you need at this cozy updated villa. With 1 Queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the bedroom, and a Queen size gel foam pull out mattress in the living room, the villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. With a fully stocked kitchen and gas fireplace, you'll have everything you need to make this place your mountain home base.

Villa is located on Beech mountain, but close enough that you can easily ski Sugar mountain or Appalachian. Visit Hawksnest or Jonas Ridge for snow tubing, or explore the amazing hiking trails, moutain biking, fishing, and all of our outdoor activities!

Enjoy the mountain scenery with our spacious covered back porch that runs the length of the villa, that can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. Villa is within walking distance of Ski Beech, and is a quick drive to the heart of Beech Mountain where you can enjoy the free sledding hill, take in a round of mini golf, and/or get what you need at Fred's general store.

It is one of the only true one bedroom villas at Holiday Beech Villas - this is not a studio :) Please note that you will need to walk down stairs to access this unit, and parking is not garanteed so you may need to park in overflow parking areas during busy times.

PLEASE NOTE: During winter weather, you may need 4 wheel drive or chains to access Beech Mountain. We highly reccomend having this equipment prior to your arrival so you do not experience any issues with access.

Great ski weekend
Our family enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly as described and very cozy….and best of all it snowed quite a bit and we had great views from the living room. It is very convenient to Beech for skiing and First Chair coffee shop (we walked there each morning for bagels and coffee and to the slopes). The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I would also like to say that the owner was very easy to work with when we needed to change our original date and quick to respond to any of our questions.

The property was cozy and clean. If you plan to go on skiing at Beech Mountain, it’s really convenient. It’s nice to have a sip of wine in front of the fireplace. In morning, you can have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and enjoying the view.

Top notch!!
The condo was amazing!! Short walk to the slopes!! Clean and comfortable Easy to find and easy check in process. Danielle and Ben are very easy to work with! We had to adjust our reservation and Danielle did it quick and easy!! We have stayed in tons of vacation rentals over the last few seasons this was by far the best! Absolutely going to be one of the first places we look for on our next trip!!

The mountains have been calling to our family for quite some time. We love year round activities that include hiking, fishing, skiing, snow tubing, and more. After a day of exploring, we love to find a local brewery, winery, or fun restaurant to relax and plan for the next day!

Why they chose this property

We love the quick access to Beech Mountain Resort, you can walk! We fell in love with the Town of Beech Mountain for its character, amazing views, and small town feel. We love the hiking trails, all of the Mountain Events (Don't Miss the Wooly Warm Festival - Trust Me!!)

What makes this property unique

We take pride in making sure our guests enjoy the same comforts that we would want in a rental property.

We made sure to include everything you would need in the kitchen, upgraded beds and linens for a good night's sleep before you head out adventuring. When you return, you'll have a super comfy couch to relax on in front of a blazing fire with a 50" Smart TV. Bedroom also has a mouted TV.

Dining area includes seating for 6 so you can have as many meals as you like in a setting that feels like home. We hope you'll love our villa as much as we do!
