Location is everything! Built in 2023. Walking distance to the all the shops, bars/restaurants, and grocery store. 1.7 miles away from skiing, golfing, hiking. You can relax in this spacious 6 bdrm home with all the amenities, including a gas fireplace or sit on the patio by a gas fire pit with a view of the pond and the slopes. There is also a gas grill. We have ping pong, bubble hockey and a pool table. Across the street you will find a playground, skate park, tennis, basketball court, volleyball and nature trail. You will love all that Ellicottville has to offer!

Amenities include a balcony with a view of the park, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Just minutes from skiing, golfing and hiking. Relax by the fireplace or set out for an adventure!
