The Wanderer's Retreat is centrally located just 1 1/2 miles to the famous honky tonks but set in a neighborhood away from the sounds of Broadway. Pull your vehicle into the garage bay (you have access to one garage bay), walk up the steps and relax in your comfy living room with a reclining sofa before you go out on the town.
The space
As you enter the home you will see the stairs going up to the hallway. This leads to the kitchen which opens up to the living room area. Behind the living room is the bedroom. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom. The fullsized stackable washer and dryer is located in the kitchen.
Guest access
This is the "B" unit". The accommodations are located above the garage. Guests have access to one garage bay. The other bay is reserved for owner storage.
Other things to note
This home is located on the alley side. No access is provided at the street side. The queen bed for the living room is an air mattress that you can inflate and deflate at your convenience.
