This oasis is just steps from the Deschutes River! Enjoy all that Bend has to offer, then relax in our light and bright home, or on the backyard patio of the fenced and private yard. Easy access to the peaceful river, with it's walking path into downtown with restaurants, breweries and shops. Pets are welcome, and can enjoy the fully fenced yard.

The newly renovated kitchen boasts a farmer's sink, new counters, fresh paint, stainless appliances and new beautiful and durable LVP flooring. The adjacent living room includes a large Roku TV for streaming, and comfortable and colorful seating. The open floorplan allows for easy conversation between kitchen and living room, and the south-facing windows bathe the room in plenty of sunlight.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the main level and 2 upstairs:
On the main level, there is a master with a king bed, with the second bedroom containing 2 twins.
The upstairs bedrooms hold 1 queen, and 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The newly renovated bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, a new vanity and flooring. The upstairs bathroom contains a shower and generous counter space and shelving.

The upstairs includes another relaxing space, with a second Roku TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Perfect space for the kids to hang out, or to catch a peaceful afternoon nap ...

Cute home close to downtown Bend!
Jennifer was an amazing host. Very communicative and answered our questions thoroughly. The house was very cutely decorated and clean! Checking in was a breeze. As far as location goes, we couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood. Not only were we in walking distance to the Main Street in downtown Bend, but we also had many options for food and activities in close proximity. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!
