Avocado Hideaway has a fully fenced in backyard with a large heated* pool, putting green, playset with sandbox, and a seasonal Avocado Tree (a picker is provided). Located in one of Boynton Beach's best neighborhoods, Golf View Harbor is the perfect distance from I-95, and under 3 miles to local beaches and vibrant Atlantic Avenue in Delray beach.

BATHROOMS: There are 2 bathrooms in this home, 1 with a walk-in shower and another with a tub.

There are 5 TV's in this home, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in each of the two living rooms.

Additional amenities include 2 cribs, a highchair, beach chairs and cooler, starter pack of bathroom & kitchen supplies. Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hand soap and body moisturizer.

Coffee Lovers!!! We have a Nespresso machine. We get you started with at least 5 pods, plenty of cream, sugar & sweetener.

The Pool is heated during the day to 85° from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.
