Private Beach Paradise in Ocean Lakes - Sleeps 8!
This Ocean Lakes beach house is fun, relaxing, and bright. From the functional outdoor space to the open concept living room and kitchen, you’ll be sure to find exactly what you need to enjoy your stay.
This unit boasts a queen bedroom, upstairs loft with a queen mattress and full air mattress, and a couch/ twin air mattress in the main living area. Room for up to 8 guests!
We have two golf carts available for rent! We will coordinate this with you after you book. It will be $50/day for the 4 seater, $75/day for the 6 seater, or $95/day for both.
Very neat, orderly indoor space with a spacious outdoor entertainment area.
Guests have access to all the Ocean Lakes amenities! Just to list a few:
-Beach Access
-Pool Access
-Laundry Mat
-Cafe for Coffee/ Pastries
-Meet and Eat (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
-Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball Courts, Cornhole, Playground for Kids
-Nature Center, Water Park, Heated Indoor Pool, Mini Golf, Arcade.
-Recreation Center, Book Exchange, Three Snack Bars, Lazy River.
-Dog Park and Wash!
The Recreation Center Offers Discounted Golf Rates at Prestwick Country Club (Highly Recommended) and Discounted Show Rates
Ocean Lakes offers year-round activities including Halloween and Thanksgiving Weekend. Beach and Boogie in February-March and Spring Break in March-April.
We're available anytime through AirBnb messaging!
Ocean Lakes has over 2000 properties. This is a HUGE family friendly facility with TONS of Amenities. Beach and pool access by golf cart!
Ocean Lakes rents golf carts. We recommend having a golf cart for your stay!
Our home is cleaned thoroughly by our cleaning service between every stay!
We recommend renting a golf cart to get the fullest experience.
Our place is dog friendly, we do not allow cats!
Our place only has 2 regular vehicle parking spaces and 2 golf cart parking spaces. It cost $12 per vehicle, per day!
Minimum check in age of 25. Guests should clean up any messes before leaving. The lights and TV’s must be turned off and everything left the way you found it!
No partying, excessive drinking, illegal drugs, or smoking inside. If you a accidentally break something, please let us know! We will work with you if there is an accident and you let us know.
Don’t take anything from the house. If you do you will be charged via AirBnb and left a negative review.
1-2 pets max with permission beforehand and pet fees paid! Clean up after your pets.
Guest count MUST be accurate. If guests are added, we MUST be notified beforehand.
Abide by all of Ocean Lakes rules and guidelines, especially when it comes to golf carts, noise restrictions, and open containers alcohol.
Leave dirty towels in the tubs. Linens can stay on the beds! Take the trash out before you leave. Dishwasher started when you leave if dishes are not already clean!
Please place keys back in lockbox the way you found them when you leave and scramble the code.
