Take in the view from the moment you arrive from the beamy wraparound porch. Through the front door, find the living room with soaring wood ceilings, comfy, extra deep sectional, and a two-story stone-clad wood-burning fireplace.

Beyond the living room, enjoy a spacious, open-concept kitchen with an eat-in island, updated appliances including a gas range, and everything you could need to cook for a cozy night in (including pots, pans, bakeware, blender, dishes, glasses, seasonings, and more) or enjoy takeout from a nearby restaurant.

Start your day right at the built-in coffee bar. Whether by the K-Cup or by the pot, you’ll enjoy complimentary coffee and creamer – the perfect companions for a mountain-view morning on the porch.

The oversized dining room adjoins the kitchen, where you’ll love the mountain view via the approximately 5-foot by 8-foot picture window. Everyone can dine together comfortably with regular seating for 8 and a leaf and additional chairs for up to 10.

Also, on the main level, easily access two spacious bedrooms, one with a 1 queen-sized bed and one with a full bed, each with beautiful woodland views and sizable closets. A full bath (tub/shower combo) with stone accents is located between them.

Outside, the oversized covered porch provides ample seating for swooning over the short-range mountain views and woodland guests (turkey, deer, black bears, and fox are common). Take dinner or drinks outside where there is room for 6 at the dining table.

Upstairs boasts a full-floor master suite. Step into a private getaway outfitted with nearly black-out drapes for extra restful sleep on a king-sized memory foam-topped bed. Enjoy movies or binge-watching your favorite show on the 43” smart TV. Ready to soak into another level of relaxation after a day of hiking, rafting, fishing, or apple picking? Walk to the expansive ensuite bathroom where you’ll find a jetted tub with stone surround, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

It's all fun and games on the lowest level. The cozy family room with plush sectional will provide hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Whether your group is ready for a movie night or wants to level up their gaming, a 55” Roku TV with a Wii and a rPi Nintendo (multigame) has everyone covered.

Around the corner, head to the elevated game room. On the striking dark wall, it’s outfitted with a 65” Roku TV for you to root for your favorite team or watch up to four games at a time! Or level up with the retro multigame arcade game loaded with 50+ games. More traditional? Enjoy the 4-person high-top table for a game of cards or chess. When hunger strikes, head over to the snack bar for a little treat.

For the young adventurers, head to the fourth bedroom. With rustic twin bunk beds, kids will feel like they’re climbing a tree inside! Others will enjoy the equally rustic additional full-sized bed, sleeping a total of 4 in beds. There’s ample floor space for a blow-up mattress or other sleeping as well. If the weather doesn’t permit outdoor play, there’s plenty to do inside! Pretend to make s’mores on the play campfire, read books, or play one of the many games all stored conveniently in the large closet.

Just outside the family room, soak your troubles away in the hot tub, taking in the wooded mountain scene. The gated entrance to the large fenced-in yard is a few short steps away. You and your friends, four-legged or two, will enjoy the gently sloping yard dotted with towering walnut, maple, poplar, and red oak trees.

In addition to the sprawling yard, you’ll discover two levels of entertainment in this wooded wonderland. The first hosts a 4-sided picnic table, perfect for dining outside, fireside, or for a picture-perfect picnic lunch. Head to the lower level with your s’mores and cocoa and cozy up by a large fire pit with Adirondack seating for 8.

For water lovers, take a stroll down the tree-lined street to the neighborhood lake, less than a block away. Bring your pole to fish or just take in the scenic tranquility.
