Coastal pet friendly pool home centrally located just 1 block from Downtown Melbourne, Publix, Starbucks,10 minutes from the beach, and 1 hour away from Orlando. Ample outdoor space with fenced in backyard, large screened porch, pergola with paver patio and propane grill.
High end finishes throughout the entire home and beautiful kitchen fully stocked with silverware, plates/bowls, all cooking utensils and Keurig with complimentary coffee provided. Laundry room with washer/dryer and tide pods provided. Computer desk in one of the guest bedrooms in case you need to get some work done. Very quiet neighborhood with many great restaurants nearby! Available for both short and long term rentals!

Amazing !!
My husband and i wanted a quick get away for our 9 year anniversary and this place was everything we needed. The pool was amazing and we absolutely loved the BBQ. The house was very clean and we loved how updated the house was over all. Definitely will be staying here again next time we need a quick in town get away!

Wonderful Weekend Stay!
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this location. The house was comfortable, very clean, and in a great location for our needs. We enjoyed the space of three rooms and two baths, the nice upgrades, well furnished, the welcoming backyard environment, and being able to bring our dog. The host was excellent with communication and check in was a breeze. We didn’t experience any train or traffic noise that kept us awake and a box fan was available in the master room for use.

Great home and excellent host
The house was clean. Host had excellent communication. Would recommend bringing a sound machine because trains sometimes come through during the night, but with a sound machine it wasn't a problem.
