Joan is an amazing lady who manages the farm barn and the entire farm where this is located. My family (including 2 kids, 3 and 7 yr olds) had a wonderful time staying there for 2 nights.
Only con was that the internet was flaky and wouldn't work from our 2nd evening onwards.
