Studio Condo in Park City. Free Park City Bus station right outside on Sidewinder. Newly remodeled. A few updates still to add but ready for your night over. Check in for your key and parking pass at the front desk. Key will also allow you to access the Prospector hot tub and pool area.

Clean, modern studio
This rental is in great shape; the Prospector buildings do show their age a little, but in this unit everything is clearly new and well cared for. The electric "fireplace" under the TV is a nice touch, as is the secondary heater in the bathroom heater recommended for use at night (the main heater is pretty loud when circulating air). The bed and reclining chair were comfortable, and I was generally able to find parking just steps from the entrance. Kitchen is small but equipped with the basics (but I wouldn't plan to do any real cooking). One minor heads up for future renters: the TV has all the streaming apps you could want, but no service. You'll have to log in on your own account for any channels or video. And the unit is on the smaller side; I think it would work well for a single or couple, but more than that might be tight. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions.

Great location!
Property as pictured. Right outside the complex was the bus line which you could take to the slopes, Main Street, food market, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and cozy space in a great location!
The Prospector is our favorite place to stay when we come to Park City. This location was awesome! Loved that it was easy to access with our gear, and was on the first floor super close to the bus stop. Very nice inside and well designed and cozy. We had everything we needed for our three night getaway. Also very much appreciated the prompt response from the hosts with any questions we had. We hope to stay here again! Definitely recommend. 😊 ⛷️ 💕

An Excellent Choice
The accommodations were excellent. Clean, tidy, well appointed, and just steps to the bus stop. The place was great and will definitely stay here next time I visit PC.
