Christmas vacation
I spoke with an agent on the phone that was supposed to have someone call me but have not heard back from them yet. I hate to be this guy, but this was a major disappointment. -Vrbo let us book for 3 nights, and then we had to pay for a 4 or lose our kids christmas present so felt forced to do so. Then had to call for check in instructions. -Vrbo said the chalet had a washer and dryer but did not. -Dirty Dishes in cabinets -Trash left on top of fireplace we saw when we checked in -Hot tub did not work upon arrival(called day of, then called back the next day because maintenance did not show. Guy came at 8:30 pm the night before check out and had a lot to say about this hot tub and property. -floor is cracked in downstairs and cut our child's foot -Exposed wiring in floor heater down stairs that was horrifying while having little kids
