Super chill
I hosted a birthday party for my boyfriend and this was perfect for what I was looking for. The neighborhood is a little sketchy looking, which is at no fault to the host, but it did feel safe while being there. The house is very nice and cozy. The lights were left on for us and it was very warm inside (which was super nice considering it was about 30° outside) All of the rooms were nice and big, even the closest and bathrooms! The lockbox was a little tricky getting into but I eventually figured it out lol. The host was also super helpful and responds very quickly. I would definitely rent this house again!

First of all, the communication with the property manager was fantastic. He was very responsive regardless of the time of day. The neighborhood is extremely sketchy, the driveway was lined with trash. I was given a code to a realtor lockbox to get the key. When I arrived there were multiple lock boxes attached to the door, window bars, etc. The box was finicky to open and I had to message the owner to get it figured out. The owner gave me a heads up that the previous tenants had put a hole in one of the walls, so I won't count that as a negative. The interior was clean enough. The master bed was sufficient. The only other bed was a creaky bunk bed, not comfortable at all. The main level bathroom had a broken toilet seat and the closet doors in the master bedroom had been knocked off the tracks. The back yard had trash and rusty junk. There was no handle on the back door. We were in town for one night to see a football game, if we were going to spend any meaningful time there I would've left and got a hotel.

Holiday getaway
Had a great time at our rental. Tarek was very helpful and understanding of our needs. The place is very accommodating with plenty of space and all needed essentials. Thank you for an awesome experience!

hate pusswords
alas, it wasn't a vacation. just family business. i started out irritated that vrbo withheld information i had already paid for in order to promote their membership marketing. the owner concurred. i hated membership marketing long before membership required i remember pusswords. such a start to the exchange made it difficult to remain objective about the rest.

It was accommodating
Overall the house was in good condition and the perfect size for what I was looking to stay in. However I don’t think the host changed the sheets before I arrived as I ended up waking with someone else’s underwear laying on my chest. I also accidentally booked the wrong day at first and felt like I should have received my refund in full instead of 50% since I corrected that error right away. I would recommend this property but I would say proceed with caution.
