As you approach Mellow Yellow, you'll be greeted by one of Cedar Key's majestic cedar trees. The cottage's inviting front porch features two classic rocking chairs, creating the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee in the shade.

Step inside the cottage and enter the cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a sitting chair, and a Roku TV complete with VHS and DVD players (a selection of videos is provided for your entertainment). A writing desk and an array of local artwork add to the charm of this space.

Bedrooms: Restful Nights Await

To the left of the living room, you'll discover the first bedroom, thoughtfully equipped with a twin-sized day bed and a twin-sized trundle underneath. This flexible arrangement allows you to configure the beds as a single twin, two twins, or a spacious king bed to suit your preferences. There is a closet and 2 small drawer units for storage.

Just beyond the living room, the main bedroom holds a brand-new queen bed, an armoire, two closets, and spacious nightstands with reading lamps. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a single sink, toilet, and shower, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
