Beautiful Potomac river front home in the heart of Virginia. The house has a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy a secluded getaway with a hot tub, kayak, paddle board, fire pit, and telescope. 15 minutes to Fairview beach, 15 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg, and less than one hour to Washington DC. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the river, stars, bald eagles, river wildlife, and the best sunsets on the east coast.

Nice place, cool gadgets
Nice updated small house, great location on the water. Great bird watching...saw many bluebirds and eagles in addition to many water birds. Hot tub was great. Note that road to house is gravel and hilly...not good if you have a low clearance car such as a corvette. Our sedan handled it no problem.
