About this property

Cabin in the woods at pickwick. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Brand new completed in 2023

3 bed (one king, one queen and one full) 2 full bath cabin/house on ymca lane near stateline boat ramp, close to the grocery store and restaurants, new home completed this year, 60” tv in living room, 42” in master bedroom with 250 channels, we have 4 brand new homes/cabins on this 10 acres along with a new 5 open bay covered boat storage shared with the other 3 cabins. Fire pit area next to boat storage, new grills. Sectional couch can sleep another adult comfortably. Full kitchen no dishwasher. No internet is available however cell service is good. No smoking inside.

Perfect!
We stayed in cabin#4. This place was immaculate. Beautiful setting with all the comforts of home. Our host, Brandon, is the definition of a super host. Right after being released from the hospital for two days, he drove an hour and a half to fix our tv. He went above and beyond for us. I’ve done this a lot, and this guy is top notch in my book. I would HIGHLY recommend his properties to anyone. He made our fishing trip stress free and great. Thank you again!
