Oceanview king bed apartment on the beach with pool and gym

It is located in Hollywood Beach, just a 20 min drive from the FLL airport, 30 min drive to Miami Beach and close to the boardwalk area with plenty of restaurants and cafes.

This is a comfortable and a spectacular condominium.

The experience is like a tropical Caribbean getaway. There is a gym on the first floor and a spacious parking garage outside.

The apartment itself is located on the 7th floor, has a balcony with a partial close view to the ocean and pool area of the next building.
